Sales Terms and Conditions for Bilovo
These sales terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products from Bilovo.
1. Payment
Payment is made through the payment solutions available in the online store. The amount is charged in connection with the order according to the selected payment method.
2. Order
A binding purchase agreement is concluded when the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in prices, product information, and stock status.
3. Delivery
Delivery time and any shipping costs are stated in the online store or at checkout. Delays may occur with the carrier or supplier.
4. Right of Withdrawal
For consumer purchases, the right of withdrawal applies according to current Norwegian law. As a general rule, the customer can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the item, with the exceptions that follow from the Right of Withdrawal Act.
5. Returns
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned according to the instructions from Bilovo. The customer may be responsible for return costs when this follows from applicable rules and has been informed before the purchase.
6. Complaints
If the item has a defect, the customer can complain in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error.

8. Disclaimer
Bilovo reserves the right for sold-out items, errors in product information, pricing errors, and changes due to circumstances beyond our control.
